Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Robotic Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of robotic systems at client sites. Your expertise will ensure that our automation solutions operate smoothly and efficiently, maximizing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure robotic systems and automation equipment at customer locations.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on robotic systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct system upgrades and modifications as required.

- Document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and installations.

Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a field service technician, specifically with robotic systems.
- Experience with Fanuc or ABB Robotics.
- Experience with Rockwell PLC’s and HMI’s.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and technical aptitude with robotic hardware and software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively to client sites as required.
