This Custom Stacking Machine accommodates four different lengths of upright mounts for shelving. It features a nesting system that inverts five uprights, placing them opening up on a conveyor within a guide box. Subsequently, an additional five uprights, oriented opening down, will be stacked directly on top. Once all ten uprights are stacked, a conveyor with a flight mechanism will transport the bundle, ensuring the sides are squared for optimal bundling preparation.
This vision system was designed to detect multiple faults on bottles, including no cap, cocked cap, incorrect label, and no label. The system utilized a Keyence Color Camera along with a custom tunnel with lighting, and integrated HMI. A dual reject with tracking allowed the failed bottles to be sorted as they are rejected. The entire system was designed and built for washdown environment.
This custom drum tilter was designed and built to address ergonomic challenges faced by operators loading bags into tall drums. It features a platform that adjusts in height according to the drum and operator levels, optimizing reach and enhancing safety during the loading process.
